LOL JESUS! Two websites updated on the same day... By ME?! Is the end of the world coming soon or what the hell?

Anyway...

This was just another debug/update mostly.
But there are some reasons to make a real update post this time.

[+] I uploaded the Hwoarang Tekken 3 F.A.Q. ver. 1.1, for those who are interested, can visit the PLAYER CORNER under the FAQs and guides section.
[+] Added a link in the Directorio to Jimmy Lee's site: Classic Videogames. It has more FAQs, guides, videos and other interesting stuff about various games (included Tekken)
[+] Moved the "Affiliates" section to the lateral navigation bar. Now affiliates will be there with their respective buttons. And added two new affiliates, Tekken Chile and Metale Tekken, Lord TKD's Tekken blog.

I promise I'll be working on this site more often, since it may look like I have abandoned it, but NO!
I still check it, but it's just that the fact of not having these new 'omg' consoles (PSP/PS3) makes me to get lost. Plus here where I live there are no arcade machines for newest Tekken versions, or people who I could play with on console.
And since I'm mostly a Hwoarang player than a "fangirl" (brrr~), I loose control of what's new and improvements, and whatnot to whine about or praise (wark!) regarding to play newest Tekken games >/

But I'll try to at least bring some news and cast necromancy on the dead sections.

PS: As well as on my VHQ, I added the link to the Index in the header of the page. This because I got some suggestions about it, since some visitors wanted a quick link to index, so...
I think I finally made things easier for all of us... I think... o_O

Because I'm duh and forgot to post it here, maybe just because it was nothing relevant, but just for the records, here it is.

It is the first update on this year.
It's not that I've been neglecting the site, it's just that I have nothing worth for a decent update, while I'm working on old sections.
I got some suggestions as well but these are going to take some time because I still have not finished on moving my info back to the HDD... And I need a bigger one!
Anyway....

This update was just to let people (interested) know that I closed the Physical fanlisting for Hwoarang.
Why? Because first, it was "removed" from the Network. I got an e-mail saying that, since they are not accepting anymore "fictional" subjects.
Later, I knew that they just deleted Anime/Manga subjects and all of the rest fictional subjects (male/female characters) still in there.
I was confused and I ended closing all of my fic physical FLs, so, there is no more physical FL for Hwoarang, at least not from me.

If someone is willing to apply for it and gets it, and wants the members list, just drop me a line. I'll be glad to send them for anyone who wills to open one again.

In other hand, I took this chance to let people know that the old site known as TekkenMEX is back! Plus, I wanted to make some advertisement for Lord TKD's Tekken blog.
These two pages are worth to a visit for sure.

TekkenMEX dedicated to the mexican Tekken community, but anyone is welcome. Probably people still rmember this site.

And Metale Tekken, Lord TKD's blog, with a lot of news and info about Tekken, includes matches and annoucements too.

This update is nothing great, but I think it was worth mention it.
I made small changes in the complete Blood Talon network (the "machina" part), mostly coding cleaning and depuration of non-working sections and hostees cleaning requests. And, if you're wondering... No, I am not hosting anyone but *very* close friends.

Yeah, this is what I do when I am extremely bored like right now (I should be bored more often don't you think?) and when I am under heavy caffeine effect.

I changed the menu style. The old menu looked horrible in Safari and didn't work properly.
It may look the same (that's mostly what I tried to), but now the navigation is less stressing and can be loaded without too much trouble in slow computers, different to the old menu.
Feel free to check it out. I am still testing some other areas anyway, so, if you find bugs within the next 24 hours, don't worry, it's me being stupid bored.





Since this is a "network" update, and not an "official" update for Hwoarang's tribute, I am not posting further info on what I am doing other than this. There's some stuff I am preparing for the next update.

I performed yet another coding/affiliates cleaning in both of my Hwoarang fanlistings, arranged the rules. I know no one read the rules anyway, but meh.

Aaaaand!... The one listed at TFL has reached the 500+ MEMBERS!!! WOOOOOO!!!
This deserves a celebration! *throws confetti*
All of this is thanks to fans (of course), and to ariem_sparda and eclore, who previously owned the fanlisting and let me adopt it ~<3

Blood Talon update!
There have not been too much info on Hwoarang in Tekken 6 (I'll talk later about Tekken 6 anyway), that's why I decided to take the chance to do some site maintenance as well as find some other Hwoarang goodness.

First off, I cleaned coding and arranged sections. The goddamned screenshot gallery is taking more than I expected, but well.
I deleted the PSP Ghost share section, because I am so lazy to manage it, plus, there is already Tekken 5 DR online for those lucky persons who own a PS3...
Sadly I do not own a PS3, neither a PSP :(

Now, I was playing a very, very, very underground and not know Tekken game called "Tekken Card Challenge". This one was released for a strange japanese console "WonderSwan".
This game is waaaayyy better than that horrible thing called "Tekken Advance", the bad thing is that it is in japanese only.
Anyway, I managed to find the game sprites for Hwoarang and the rest of the characters, but I posted Hwoarang only, obviously.

Here's one of them XD

These are very nice plus they were hand made. The game is strange too, you can "fight" and do juggle, combo with cards o_O
Bizarre but true. If you want to give a try visit Extra > Juegos and download it now that the link is active!

The rest of the sprites are in the gallery.
Oh, and I translated the usage policy section, because I do not want another theft with the excuse of "I can't read espanol".
I'll try to translate important info like this in any other language, if someone is willing to help, I'll really appreciate it X)

As I stated in previous post, I finished uploading and, testing (i think) the Hwoarang site.
I merged it with the fanlisting and the physical fanlisting, because, well... Just because I wanted to o_ó
I am quite satisfied with the result, but I left a lot of unfinished sections (as usual ¬_¬...) because I am re ordering that stuff plus, I got the suggestion of opening a PSP ghost share section and I am still testing some scripts for it, although I don't think my site is that big like to share ghosts if there are already bigger Tekken sites (tekkenzaibatsu) for this, but... I am giving a try anyway.

I used the menu from my FL collective but, I still don't like it at all on Hwoarang's site, I prefer the old one, but, I'll leave it as it is for now, probably I'll change the menu style again if I get enough complaints like mine LOL
Special thanks in this update to: Daniel Phoenix (for the info and some scans), Carolyn, Rin and Yuzuriha (for script and coding help and hints), and Espiry (for being the only beta tester when I started with the revamp XD).

I cleaned affiliates and links in the main site and fanlistings. I still can't believe how many dead links I had there, and, others that weren't linking back to me o_O Well, there are already a dead link, the TekkenMEX site. It is supossed that they are trying to revive the project.
I tried to 100% validate the whole site, but, like with Valhalla HQ I failed. Some sections like the fan art gallery are not validated due to some JS script thingy, and, ARGH, sitemeter script! >(
I think I'll have to search for a new counter script instead...

I had this one pending since last week and here it is. This time I bring:

I still need to add more videos in the Leon section, but the problem of my "sick" Sephiroth persists.
Is not that I am lazy to fix my computer, but my dvd burner is fucked up! It can burd dvd-rw and normal discs, but it can't burn normal 8x dvd!!! WTF!
I decided to buy a new dvd writer, but ARGH! the people from the store still not give it to me! >(
Probably I'll go to search anywhere else, but I don't want to take the risk of buying a crap device for my computer. I decided to wait because I trust in these guys, but..........................

I "updated" my Hwoarang site too, but the host still acting stupid and I still have no answer from support team, so, maybe you'll see it, maybe you'll not... Probably not...
I added just small info for Hwoarang. Some scan of the Arcadia magazine (Thanks to Daniel Phoenix who found a bigger one) where finally!!!! we can see how Hwoarang look in Tekken 6. OMG!!! <3 *nosebleed*

Errr... Anyway, yes, that... And joined the same button rotation as Mathias XD
No big update since, I said before I still can't work on my Sephiroth =(
'till I fix it, I'll make the new layout and add the new video matches, 'though, if you're really curious, you can see them in the TekkenChile forums anyway XD

PS: What I miss from my blog are the chocobo mood icons and my Gankutsuou header T____T

The bloodtalon.net site finally is up and running! Again!
And, if you wanted to know a real angel, then probably you've seen one already here. She have been helping me so much T___T even since we live so far. She's probably the most awesome person I've met online °O°! Is thanks to her help and advice that bloodtalon.net is working again ^____^

With this problem solved, I can have a moment to breathe and concentrate on fixing my Sephiroth. Then, a new layout and stuff for BT.net are in the way.
Oh, and expect another update for Lament of Innocence next week ^_~
